The following Terms & Conditions apply to all products on our website.
Prices, Corrections & Continuity
Every effort has been made to ensure that prices and product details are correct on our website. Prices will only change in exceptional circumstances, such as large unforeseen increases in raw materials. All prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges, which will be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of invoice. We reserve the right to make product changes and improvements during the life of the website.
Delivery
*In order to provide one of the most comprehensive and cost effective services available, all items on this website will be delivered within 10 working days (our aim is quicker) - regardless of size - to anywhere in mainland Britain, unless otherwise stated. Customers from Northerm Ireland, Republic of Ireland and The Channel Islands - please call Sales on 01726 813311 before ordering.
All our products are shipped via couriers, and AYL Display can not be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on time. Current delivery charges start from £10 per single item - see each product page for relevant delivery charges. Call for larger order delivery charges.
All damages to products sent must be reported in writing to AYL Display within 48 hours of delivery. If on delivery boxes are damaged, then ensure you sign the delivery drivers note stating "damage to packaging on delivery". These products will be exchanged free of charge if reported in writing within 48 hours. A photo of the damage may be required.
Cancellation of Orders
AYL Display do not accept returns on any of our products for sale. AYL Display are a business to business supplier, supplying business products, so please ensure you are ordering the correct products.
Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.

All AYL Displays products must be signed for on delivery. If any product can not be signed for then the courier will leave a card stating the product was taken back to the courier's depot. AYL Display reserve the right to charge for delays not notified before the delivery is dispatched.
Stock / Lead Times
Many items are held in stock for rapid delivery. These items are normally delivered within 24 hours if ordered before 2pm. Non-stock items are subject to longer lead times - normally 3 to 10 working days. Your expected delivery date will be notified upon receipt of order.
The term "products" relates to all items for sale on this website.
Manufacturing Guarantee
All AYL Display products are covered by 1 year's manufacturing default guarantee. In the unlikely event of a product developing a manufacturing default within 1 year of receiving the product, we offer a back to factory repair service. If AYL Display believe the damage has been caused by misuse of the product, the customer may incur a repair and delivery charge, as per the current repair and delivery charge.
